PC Medlink was developed as a response to a research recommendation from the Leadership Development Academy at Peace Corps headquarters. PC Medlink streamlines communication between Peace Corps Volunteers and their in country Health Unit for the ordering of medical supplies for the health maintenance of Peace Corps Volunteers.
My Role: UX Designer, and business owner of PC Medlink. Supported development, advocated, wrote copy, developed all tutorial and help materials, video and text. Wrote business plan, privacy impact assessment, and pushed through to PC Medlink into a reality.
